How publishing works
- Step 1
Create a partner account
Register your organisation with a business email and website. Partner accounts are separate from ThinkNCollab user accounts.
- Step 2
Submit your app
Describe what it does, the events it sends, the inputs it needs from users, pricing and your support links.
- Step 3
Pass review
We check the listing, links, permissions and a live delivery before the app appears in the marketplace.
- Step 4
Get installed
Room owners and managers install your app. Each install gets its own webhook URL; you see deliveries and installs in the partner console.
Review criteria
Every app is reviewed by a person before it is published.
- Signed deliveries
- Send X-TNC-Secret or an HMAC X-TNC-Signature on every request.
- Least privilege
- Ask users only for the inputs the integration needs, and say why in the listing.
- Honest listing
- Name, description, pricing and screenshots must match what the app actually does.
- Reachable support
- A working support email, privacy policy and terms of service.
- Reliable sender
- Retry with backoff on 5xx responses and stop on 4xx.
- Verified organisation
- A business email on your own domain and a public website.
