Yes! ThinkNCollab is an incorporated entity in India and GST of 18% is legally mandatory for B2B electronic software services. If your startup or company has a valid GSTIN number, enter it during checkout to receive a GST-compliant tax invoice every month. You can claim 100% Input Tax Credit (ITC) on your GSTR-2B filing.
Why is there a limit of max 2 rooms per member?
The 2-room membership limit per user ensures two vital outcomes: (1) It prevents password-sharing and multi-client abuse across unrelated teams on a single paid seat, and (2) It keeps our WebSocket connection pools ultra-fast and sub-100ms for everyone by eliminating idle background listeners. How does server monitoring work and how much do extra servers cost?

thinknagent daemon on any Linux, Mac, or Windows server. The Free plan includes 1 server. The Team plan includes 5 servers for live CPU, RAM, disk, and heartbeat monitoring on your DevOps Wall. Need to monitor more infrastructure? Additional servers are just ₹99 / server / month (+ 18% GST).
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts on monthly plans. You can cancel or change your squad seat count directly from your billing portal at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
