Why does GitHub OAuth say “redirect_uri not associated”?+
The callback URL in your GitHub OAuth App settings must exactly match the one the app sends. In github.com/settings/developers, open your OAuth App and set the Authorization Callback URL to https://thinkncollab.com/github/callback.
How do I reset my password?+
Open the Forgot password page and enter your registered email. You’ll receive a reset code within a few minutes; check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
How do I connect a GitHub repository to a room?+
In your room, open the GitHub tab and choose Connect GitHub. After authorizing ThinkNCollab you can link any repository you have access to.
Why aren’t webhooks triggering on my repo?+
Make sure the GitHub App is installed on the organization or repository, and check webhook health on the status page.
My payment failed — what should I do?+
Failures are usually card limits or bank restrictions. Try another payment method or contact your bank. If it continues, raise a ticket with your order reference.
How do I install the ThinkNCollab CLI?+
Run npm install -g thinknsh, then thinknsh login to authenticate. Full instructions are in the CLI documentation.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t used significant platform resources. Email support@thinkncollab.com with your order ID.
How do I report a security vulnerability?+
Email security@thinkncollab.com directly — please don’t open public GitHub issues for vulnerabilities. We respond within 48 hours.
